Our Neighborhood
The Congress Park neighborhood is an urban oasis for those who live and work here. Enjoy our quiet street where you can relax and unwind, stroll down the block and visit beautiful Cheesman Park which hosts the Denver Botanic Garden, or have a picnic in our very own Congress Park.
For the Foodies
Congress Park and Cheesman Park host a variety of eateries, bars, and cafes that are sure to have something for everyone.
The corner of 12th Avenue and Madison Street is a restaurant hotbed, with breakfast sandwiches at Under the Umbrella, Detroit-style pies at Blue Pan Pizza, sushi at Ronin, and the endearing Sweet Cooie’s ice cream parlor.
Drinks are plentiful here, too, from dive bar classic PS Lounge to creative cocktails at Bar Max to the cozy vibes of Sienna Wine Bar and Small Plates to Cerebral Brewing’s enjoyably scientific approach to ale. For a caffeine boost, try the French Press, Downpours Coffee, or Lula Rose General Store.

For the Wanderers
2508 11th Avenue is conveniently located within walking distance of two of Denver's beautiful parks. Cheesman Park is an eighty-acre park that contains the Denver Botanic Garden. Congress Park is packed with dedicated spaces for sports including a baseball field, soccer field, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a public outdoor pool.
Downtown Denver also features the Denver Art Museum, Empower Field, Coors Field, multiple malls, a variety of theaters, and much more!
